I hate the internal finisher, mainly because I don't know how it works. Update the software is one of the fixes. I get jams and try to get the customer to run letter R and it minimizes jams. There is an updated paddle drive assembly I am going to get one of these days FM1-P348 that they say has updated one ways in them.
