Canon 50xx models pcl & ps language

Good day folks,

I have a few canon 5035/45/51 devices and have noticed that a few are missing the PCL & PS languages. Does anyone know how i retrieve these? i have purchased around 6 of these and two are missing these languages. Is anyone able to help or point me in the right direction to get these languages? I am currently receivng blank pages from the devices that are missing these languages. (when printing from office and using the ufr 2 driver)

PCL & PS are OPTIONS on that model it comes standard with UFRII, you have to purchase the kits to be able to print PCL or PS.

Are or arent sorry? can i purchase this kit outside of canon?

The kit is actually a license, which has to be registered on the Canon website first, then it can be entered into the machine.
