Hii,in 5051 after installing the firm ware the feeder access was was not accessing and copy is coming white , The CMYK test page is coming well. My backup firm ware is corrupted.
Have any idea to solve the white copy and feeder not access fault.

if your test pages are coming out white, then you have a print issue with the engine and not just the copier. Was it working correctly before you loaded the firmware on the device?

No problem on engine, printing is coming well, Adf and reader is problem.
Reader lamp is moving but copy is coming White.
