please help all
error code e 0197
for canon ir 7086, i changed already upper heater roller, bushing and collar , but when i make a multiple copies, machine goes to error code 197, i also check bias from registration, under separation unit, all is good ....pls help thanks

E197	The laser scanner motor communication has a fault.

Thanks for you reply. i already fixed error e 197. i changed the body of registration unit ...now it's working good...
