hi, i have the canon ir 2520 and always jamming, i have changed fixing film and pressure roller, please help.

with an old fixing film the machine works fine, someone has the oem code of the fixing film?

how many papers did you print?

1 copy is good
for multiple copies did you encounter paper jam? or what?
give more details.....

did you place correctly the fixing film....check the mark....

did you change the bushigs of presure roller also, if not replace ,if the problem not solve so you have to consider about the film you replaced ,som of fixing film not working properly and the silicon past we used for that is some times not enought to rotate the film correctly

there is a duplex clutch that can cause this jam code on the 2525 series machines

first copy: ok, second ko,all wase installed correctly, i resolved the problem changing grease past. thanks.
