Cyan Toner cartridge not able to remove from the machine IRAC5045, And also an error is comming E25-0320,

The 0320 sub code indicates that the toner door for the cyan is open while the main toner door is closed. This could be caused by having the toner door switch bypassed without closing the cyan door. If you know how to open the controller box at the rear of the machine, there is a handle screwed to the top of the "set on drive assembly", black I believe. This handle should be placed on the shaft of the cyan "set on drive assembly" and rotated clockwise as you are facing from the rear. This should release the grip on the bottle.
