    iRADV 6065 Error code 733-000

    Good day Guys,


    I have 2 units these Canon iRADV6065 with Error code E733-001. After change main controller P.C.B 1 problem solved.( Both machine )

    I wonder these main controller can it be reset or any solution to counter it ?

      Can it be we have to upgrade the firmware to latest version ?

          Problem :

          E733 error codes on the imageRUNNER ADVANCE 6000 / 8000 Series

          Solution :

          The imageRUNNER 6000 / 8000 Series can display random E733 error code with different subcodes such as 0001, 0002 and 0010. Simply upgrading System Software to version 31.06.02 for the 6000 Series and 31.06.03 for the 8000 Series can help resolve these codes.

          E733-0000 Error Code
          Problem :

          The error code would continually show on boot-up. The Technician had tried replacing DC Controller, Main Controller 1 and 2, and the hard drive. The fuses on the main driver were checked but none of this resolved the issue.


          Solution :

          Replacing Main Driver PCB (FM4-1083-000) has resolved the issue, but in some instances the Main Driver PCB and Relay PCB (FM4-1086-000) had to be replaced at the same time.

              Already try update the machine firmware version still the same problem.
