I saw some threads about older machines on how to change the ring count. Does anyone know how to do that

with the Imagerunner Advance C 2030?

It is the same on all of them. service mode, fax, ncu, auto rx, 007 default is 2, change to what you want.

Thanks, the customer went with a new phone system and now they can't receive faxes. The people who

sold them the new phone system said to change the fax to 2 rings. It didn't help.

if they went with a VoIP system .. you will have to choke it down to 9600baud and make some other switch setting changes ... ECM off for one... i can't remember the other right now
