Canon IR1023N Does Not Copy Double 2nd Side in 2 Sided Mode

    Hi Guys,
I have a customer that wants to copy double sided copies but when running 2 sheets through the doc. feeder in 2 sided mode, it only copies the first page...any help?
Thanking all of you in advance,
    Doug

Thank you Phil! I replaced some doc feed covers and "powered up" again and everything is fine!
        Again, Thank you,
        Doug
