Hello guys. Before this error the machine has error e840 then i replace the dc con and fixing assembly. And now it gives this error i replaced the fixing power supply and the ac drive supply and still have the problem. I always resset the error evrytime i change something. Any one has incounter this before? Please help m guys.thanks

Did you replace complete fixing assy or rebuild old fuser?

Thanks for the response guys. What solve the error is the jumper wire on the dc con. I notice that the jumper wire from the old dc con is defferent from new dc con.
