The customer moved the machine to another location.After connection machine an error occurred Insert Drum Unit black,magenta, yellow.Before I go to the customer I would like to hear your opinion.

The error occurred during the transport, so I conclude that you will correct the problem if you reseat itb and drums.

The problem was condensation.The machine was moved from a cold to a warm room.When the machine is warming up to room temperature It works normally.
