Canon ir7105 can not print

hi dear;
i have ir7105 installed on customer site it was working like charm
and one day it can not print>
i can ping the machine from pc and ping the pc from machine
the printer driver UFRII can not finer the machine and the
normal pcl driver too.
i used my laptop to isolate the network problem if any,
but no way.
can the factory reset solve the problem?
any one can help with this
