Good evening friends, I have a problem with a 3245, here's the problem: when I turn on the machine, only the green light comes on. The machine does not even pretend to start. So I ask your help to solve this problem. Thank you in advance. And good after you.

Hi, PHIL, unfortunately I do not have a maintenance manual for this series, hence my problem. These are reconditioned machines. If you have the service manual I will be happy to receive it. Thank you for the interest.

Take off the back cover and look 2/3rds of the way down the back. The will be a yellow sticker with HDD and two hands holding hard drive. If you have two connectors laying there ( one 4 pin Yellow Black Red Black) and a flat red cable the hard drive is missing. All of my 3245's come in with the hard drive removed for security reasons.
