c5030 error code E000075-0103

Guys, need some help. after i changed the waste toner, this error code popped out, and i called a service technician, he said that i need to replace the entire sensor for $600, i was wondering is it really the sensor？ how can i fix it?

i only have 200k meter on the machine so far

It is a assembly you need replaced, not a sensor. These devixes have a history of this error, and the assembly will be required. It is the ITB assembly, and there is no easy fix for most of these errors. The only thing you could do is to make sure the device is level after the assembly has been replaced, helps on these models. That seems like a reasonable price for a new ITB assembly and installation.

as said no easy fix for this error.

ensure device is level, you can try and adjust the motor on the ITB,

there is a MOD kit which has worked as well FM4-8409-000
