Machine with jam code 1001 machin jams when customer uses machine when I remove paper jam and run about 1000 copies machine works fine. Two days after the customer has the same issue with the paper jam again, tis has been going on for the past month

isn't that a finisher jam? Had one like that, was the mylar over the sensor at Fn entrance. Mylar supposed to hold paper down on sensor but glue comes loose and mylar goes crooked causing actuator to hang up.
