    jam code 0B00

    have anyone facing 0B00 issue when paper jam....a lot of time jam ...i check at jam history always show 0B00...i have no idea what happened...anyone have solution...wish to get answer from you all...very appreciate...thanks

      Probably door or cover sensor but if I do not know wich model then.....

              is it a false jam? where does paper ( lead sheet ) stop? those things and the model number ( which you provided later ) are things we would need to know to help you out.
