Image Press C750 jam in fixing unit.

I am new to this model. Image Press C750. Paper gets jammed on top of upper fixing belt between belt and top heating element. Then it sticks to heating element. Paper should not be there, should go between fixing belts not under heating element of the top belt. Full page color (almost solid black with some printing) on 8 1/2 X 11. Changed to letter R for now and did not jam. Think rear corner dog ears when this happens. New machine only a month old with about 200k. Anyone seen this?

0112 and 0110 jam codes. 20 pound paper, full page color single sided, new machine one month old with 200k. Paper on top of upper fixing belt stuck to heating element print side up. My question is has anybody seen this? Paper should go between fixing belts not on top of the upper belt. Thanks.
