Canon Imagerunner Advance 400IF Document Feed Jam Issue

Hi guys,
I have a customer that had a jam in the document feeder and then will feed in and then stop....I made sure the that the flags were not out of their holder and clean...still same problem!
Any more ideas?

Had a similar one last week, urgent, found a paperclip, wonder how that got there she said!
