[Error Code] error code E000020-0000

Hello,
I have a Canon IR2270
recently it shows the error code E000020-0000,
The Drum keep turning in vain until it shows this error code
Pls anybody here cauld help me with some instructions or pieces of advice.

Have you checked the dev? This code shows when toner is detected in the sub hopper but not in the developing unit.

This is a toner adding error. You need to remove the sub hopper and dismantle it. That is the assembly that the toner bottle goes into. Sometimes a bit breaks off the valve at the top of the toner bottle and gets stuck in the toner feed mechanism. This prevents the toner adding motor from turning. Takes a bit of time but its the only way to make sure.

Or just replace the toner hopper
