We bought a second-hand unit that comes with this reader, we have already removed the accessory but it's still restricting us from using the machine. only showing the card access screen on the control panel. thanks in advance. cheers!

You mean a RF access cardreader ? Guess you'll have to uninstall the software/agent for the cardreader. Sounds like there was some kind of pullprint/folow me printing installed on the device...JohanComment
