Canon IR3300 not printing from computer

    Canon IR3300 not printing from computer

    Hi friends
    i am having IR3300 in my office, connected in LAN with PC having OS windows XP & windows 7,
    i'm unable to print any document (.pdf or .docx) even test page from PC with operating system win-7 it shows printing and does not print, but in log file of copier it shows status OK
    if i give a print from win-xp it prints after 2-3 minutes (printing is delayed by 2-3 Minutes)
    both are having antivirus, and the copier printer driver version is same (PCL6 Driver V1500 32 Bit)
    please can anybody help me

      SELECT PCL5e driver and also check your windows 7 64bit or 32 bit, install correct driver with correct bit

          yes its PCL5e/5c/6 Compatible
          Yes the OS Win-7 & Win-XP both are 32 bit & drivers loaded are of 32BIT

              I have had the network controller lock up. Try removing it and resetting it to see it that helps. They also Fail, then you must replace it. Better to just replace the Machine...Very old unit.

                  Dear Brother, you can do one thing u format your Operating system and install OS and driver freshly because in your system some registry problem
