After replacing the waste toner drive and a constant E013 errors, I know get E732 0021 errors. I get the reader initializing and the adf sees paper in the tray, (so I believe I have 24 volts present) but there is nothing listed under service mode for the reader or feeder version number. Any ideas? TIA!

Most likely a connector has been left unplugged, double check where you had your hands last. -

This being a reader communication error,and the mere fact that you replaced waste toner unit,re-trace the connections to the DC board .There is a possibility that some connections are not properly connected .
2 Critically look at the communication harness connection from the DCboard to Reader board since the 24v is already present at the reader boarding meaning signal voltages not being detected by the DC board.Comment

Hello Rachid,
If it can help you, had the same error on an iRAC52xx. The power supply assembly was faulty

Swapped it with a working one and everything is fine now.
In my specific case, the reader controller pcb ass'y burnt down.
Had to swap it too.
I think the customer had some sort of 'electricity outburst' or something like that..

Dear all,
A french proverbe says "It is better late than never".
The above error code E732-0021 may be displayed after opening and pulling the upper rear cover of the machine. This opertaion may disconnect the HDMi reader cable in the machine side. That is what happened with my machine.
