IRA 5250 Issues with Printing B&W and Scanner

Hello, I am at a new place and they have an IRA 5250 and the owner asked me to diagnose a few issues and I was hoping you all could point me in a direction.

Issue one: when using the ADF scanner to email/file there is a gray line on the left-hand side of the page (image 1)
Issue two: when scanning from the glass there is a black line and gray bar on the right-hand side of page (image 2)
Issue three: when printing black and white images I get a lot of light color lines on portions of the page, the toner is canon branded toner so I was hoping you could point and what to look at next. (image 3)

Looks like the lasers need a cleaning. There should be a blue plastic "wand" inside the main door. The waste toner container has 4 slots to insert the wand in, one laser for each colour. Bad cases may require removing the process unit and cleanong them directly.

Thank you that did help a lot with the lines. The black drum may have been up on time also so that was replaced. But using the wand cleaned the rest of the lines up.

Any ideas on adjusted the scanner bed so the grey edge does not show up?
