canon ir c3200 location of atr sensor?

can anybody tell me where is the ATR sensor is? and if it has a open circuit, how to clear?
I just cleaned the t/b unit and reinstalled, has error code of E20-03b0, the cyen drum unit has 127% life which it should have more life then that.

Also has yellow background, checked yellow drum has 138% as well..

The atr sensors are on the drum unit itself, regardless of the indicated life the fact you have an error code means you will have to replace.

Sadly the yellow background means that the yellow drum is stuffed so you're going to have to replace it anyways.
Your E020-03B0 error code means that the cyan drum has failed as well.
Just because we regularly get 200+% out of these drums doesn't mean that they DON'T fall over at 100+%.
