iRC3200 Firmware is the same for all in series
    3220,2620.

Does printer say please wait when trying to print
How old are Drums ? Old drums cause please wait symptoms in this series.

'Please Wait' message and the imageRUNNER stays in initial rotation. ??

Check to see if the Fuser unit is coming up to temperature.
Then check to see if the drum unit(s)are not past the life expectancy.Replace the drum unit(s) if needed.

Remove boot Rom -clean end _reseat.
    Remove memory- clean end_ reseat.

    Remove network board reseat.
