I have a customer with green tint on backgroung of copies...I think its a Cyan drum?
Can someone please confirm?

is it more cyan or yellow on some spots ? Because Cyan + Yellow = green. if it is just green-like and not also yellow and/or cyan have a look if there is wastetoner leaking somewhere.. Wastetoner is a mixture and green-gray of color...

I have a customer that has red tint on a Canon IRA C5045....I changed the drum but no change ,does anyone think it is the developing unit ...because they are separate?

Thank you for the reponse...I changed the developing unit and drum and same thing.

Hi Doug, a laser cleaning? If so, you must see the side of the squeegee of the transfer belt.
