Canon IRA 8205 Finisher, sorting malfunction

This finisher fails to arrange papers when are ejected from the Processing tray to the Stack tray, some are skewed and some are normal. This only happens when the collate mode is selected, with group mode is all fine.
Has anyone come across this please, what could be the solution?

I have a few accounts where that became a issue, one thing that helped was sorter service mode, there are a few features that you can toggle off, while it slightly reduces productivity, stacks much better. There are a few you can try, I am not near a device to go scroll through myself. Use the information key and look Buff-sw, and scroll through the remaining ones. I believe these are located under the sorter>function tab.

Thank you very much for suggestions. I tried some toggling, could see bits of changs but no improvement yet.
Will keep trying, more suggestions welcome!
