Canon IR 7095 sending data and Remote UI problem

    Hi there
As mentioned Canon IR 7095 connected to TCP/IP network with one Hub and one modem router,no problem with printing jobs. There are three stations with Windows7-64 bit and one XP-sp3 , and a Bizhub C652 on the network.
when trying to send Scans to network shared folder through SMB, it takes long time to send just one page! but from Bizhub ,SMB scans works fine. also it's not possible to connect to the machine through Remote UI (it is enabled in machine).
Wondering why it is just Black and White scanner ,after installing ScanGear 2.3 ,it can identify the machine ,but scanning through software such as Photoshop CC and Corel Draw and even paint, the machine's scanner doesn't show up in "Import menu". Common problem with 64-bit OS!

In MFP panel ,Network setting-> SMB setting contains field for "sending data to file server : on and off " and server name, work group name and shared folder name which I think related to NetBIOS network and left blank. Is it correct or it should be filled with proper information?

Is there any software for importing scans from machine's userbox? which i think will be last solution to this problem.

Any suggestion about these problems would be appreciated.

Any idea about network data sending delay?

No single idea in particular, several things must be checked and verified.
To start with, the hardware must be intact, no loose jacks, like the RJ-45, no worn or overcrowded cables, network cable not run in the same duct with electric cables, no cheap quality UTP cables. Sometimes you'll need to choose Cat 6 over Cat 5 cable.
Secondly, connectivity issues like scanner and host being in same network segment, and avoid using IP addresses with zero octets, eg instead of using 192.168.0.5 you may choose 192.168.1.5.
Thirdly, Try changing between file formats like TIFF, JPEG and PDF and take notice if anything changes.
