hello guys i have problem on this machine regarding to the fixing unit. the toner stick to the fixing film every time client print on it. the machine only have 24k counter on it. and the film looks good. the toner remove if i print blank pages. any idea guys. thanks.

either you need a new film or they are using generic toner

thanks for the reply they are using generic toner. iwill try to replaced the film first if it doenst work i will inform them to go back to original toner.
