[Misc] Canon c5200 series slow printing

I experienced slow printing on a c5200 series printer and found it to be set up on a conflicting IP address. The printer can ping the given IP and it will all seem to be in order even if you attempt a cmd ping from the clients PC. Allocate a different IP address and test to see if this resolves the slow printing.
