This is a new one to me (if my remote staff is correct). They have a new C5550i with Fiery and transferred all the settings from the old copier to the new. Having trouble with Scan to Email but they are reporting it works if they are logged in as the Administrator mode but not in the general user mode(it doesn’t send/errors out). Our own SMTP relay does not require auth and it’s entered via IP.
Is there some role based rights setting that I’m missing? Haven’t seen this one before if so.
