    What's the difference between the Xrite i1 Basic Pro or EFI ES-2000 Spectrometer?

    I have a Canon Image Runner Advance C5045 with ieryB1Imagepass Fiery. I am looking to get a color spectrometer for the Fiery. Does anyone know the difference between the Xrite Pro Basic i1 and the EFI ES-2000 spectrometer? I believe the EFI ES-2000 is made by Xrite. I am looking to calibrate Fiery, create color profiles, scan color samples, and calibrate monitors.

    Which is suited for my needs. Help is appreciated.

      Both are sufficient, now it depends on how much money u intend to spend.

      I lean to EFI Spectrometer ES-2000

      EFI - Fiery Color Profiler Suite - Spectrophotometers
