    Paper jam

    I have CANON IR 2000 that reports a paper jam and recommends opening the cover when there is no paper in it. How can I do ? help me

    I have a 1943 russian gun that never jams.

    WHAT MODEL are you talking about?
    is there an error code involved?
    what have you done to the machine?

        yeah once you edited the post it says IR 2000 but that's not what it first said...

          canon ir 2000 check the sensor levers
          first check the fuser unit sensor lever
          and reg sensor lever
          paper feed tray (cassette) 1 unit sensor lever
