Laser power shortage error
At the time of measurement of 8 bright section potential
VI at potential control, the grid bias Vgrid is more than
100 V at least at one point.
Dirt is applied to the dust prevention glass.
Laser is not applied correctly.
1. Clean the dust prevention glass.
2. Check the connection of the laser scanner unit.
(Connection of the connector, Shorting, Wire caught by
parts)
3. Replace the parts.

Hello, the problem began with error E025-0402 , i replaced the black hopper unit and after that the error came up. (I cleaned the dust proof glass).Comment

you dingled the drum contacts. Just spent 2 days tracking that down. Used a spring hook to stand them upsigpicComment
