    [Error Code] Error E000000 on Canon IR2520

    Dear Friends,

    i am experiencing Error E000000 on Canon IR2520 copier,before this error my client had called me to solve jamming problems, during the checkups i found the fuser/ fixing sleeve damaged which i replaced and the copier worked fine. i even made some copies for the customer to let him witness that the copier works fine.

    but when the customer tried to connect to the USB printer port to try and print-out some files from the laptop, the copier displayed the above error code.

    WHAT I HAVE TRIED TO DO SO FAR
    ======================

    1. Tried to CLEAR the ENGINE, but still same problem
    2. Tried to reset the whole copier to factory default, but still same problem
    3. Tried to reinspect the fixing unit to see if every thing is in a good working position,

    every thing looks to be fine but the error doesn't go, PLEASE HELP.

          Not worried about the sleeve itself, the contacts under the film. You are having a open crt, likely in that area as that is where the therms are located, or related areas. It is easy to induce errors rebuilding these. If you can 100 percent rule that out, then follow Teckat advice on the power supplies, but double check the fuser, they can be a nuisance to rebuild.
