Hello,
as I was trying to print brochures with our Canon IR ADV C9060 PRO, I noticed, that the print margin is not even on all sides of the paper. Some sides have 3mm and some have 4.5 to 5mm. In have uploaded a picture of a demonstration print, where you can also see that the duplex alignment also isn't correct, even though I have done a paper tray alignment right before the print (also checked "paper tray alignment" in the print settings). Furthermore, I uploaded a file where I have written down the measured margins of the sides. The difference of .5 or 1 mm makes it hard for cutting. Is there a way to align the print properly or adjust the tray?
Would really appreciate your help!
