    Ipf8300 purge unit follow up

    Ok everybody,
First I want to thank everyone for their help. It seems the general consensus is the purge unit. I have done some other research and it seems like the Purge Unit really has a lot to do with the heads. So, with that being said, I am ordering a refurbished one and I am going to put it in. My question is does anyone have the literature or service manual on how do take it out and are there any setting that have to been done after it is replaced, ie: go in somewhere and tell it that it has been replaced or reset counters or something like that.
Thanks to all for your help.
    David

Thanks buddy. I was wondering when I would here from you on here.
Hope you enjoyed your Christmas gift. I was able to get the purge unit out today just by closely studying
the situation but thanks for the manual as i am sure there are counter resets that need to be done.
Thanks again for all your past and current help.
