Canon IR1730 line on Bottom of Copy/Print

Hi Guys,
I have an IR1730IF that has line on bottom of copy...changed drum, developing unit and only has line when receiving a fax or print. What can this be?

Did you check laser unit to see if anything blocking it causing line, or check fixing unit
