Canon ir 2318

Hello to everyone, i have two problems with canon ir 2318.
1. After i have make the frist copy, appear a message (load correct paper) i make the configuration in A4 but the message appear again. After i move the cassette and put it again the frist copy its ok but after the message appear again.
2. Seconds problem is with images which appears move it ( displaced it. Any idea??

Remove cassette, turn upside down, and shake it,
see if small white plastic gear falls out.

They break of it's plastic post.
This will cause slide alignment to move when u push in cassette, will miss reads paper size.
