    ir adv 5035

    hi everybody

    i have canon ir adv 5035

    it suddenly appeared close front cover massage and close right door

    after that it given e227-0001 and e227-0101

    i checked the sensors and switches of front door and right door

    i tried to disconnect the reader unit

    the errors disappeared but the massages still

    any suggestions pls

      One of the switches is bad or even power supply.

          Power supply (24V) error


          Description 24V port error when the power is turned ON
          Remedy
          1. Turn OFF and then ON the power.
          2. Check the connection between Reader and Printer, and
          check that the Cable is not open-circuit.
          3. Check the 24V port of the Reader Controller PCB and DF
          Driver PCB.
          4. Check the power supply and Relay PCB on the Printer
          side.
          5. Replace the Reader Controller PCB and DF Driver PCB.

          Since you already disconnected the ADF, my money would be on the Reader Controller PCB.

          FM3-7613-000 -Color Image Reader B1/B2
