Feeder not working

My canon ADV6075 showing "The feeder needs to be checked (Call service rep)", then i can not using the Feeder, please suggest me how to fix it.

Check error and alarm log, then consult manual. Have you rebooted?

feeder need to be checked requires the filter glass should be cleaned. 😱
