Any IDEAS welcome.Just installed 7 new Canon ir adv c 250 mcs in the same building.Set up all 7 mcs with identical settings and 5 of the mcs scan to email with office 365 and 2 fail.
Have checked every setting on good working mc with a non functioning one.All mcs are at same firmware levels all on same network.
Ports ,TLS settings etc are all the same all set up with same known 365 account and password
in one office I have 2 mcs working and 2 not.
I also have installed a Canon ir adv 3300 in same firm as well and this works ok
Have tried exporting settings from good mc to one not scanning still fails.
it comes up with 801 transmission failure.
Have hit a brick wall with this one
