    C5035 toner level

    Does this model not tell you the toner levels? All I can find is Toner-OK.

    If you have a Fiery attached you can go into the PS print driver (from the print screen, not the printer properties screen) and the levels are listed on one of the last tabs. I know you can do that for sure on the c7000's, I think it's the same on the c5000's.

      Directly from the panel you can't i believe. Only masages for empty toner.

          Yes RUI is the best bet. These machines don't measure toner level in the cartridge. When the sub-hopper senses low toner, it rotates the bottle. When it rotates it for a while and doesn't sense toner in the sub,it assumes bottle is empty. RUI uses a video count estimate I believe
