[Misc] Saddle Finisher AK2 Neat Arms Not Moving

I have a saddle finisher AK2 on a VP135. The neat arms that come down to jog the paper don't move. They don't come down most of the time and when they do come down they don't move to jog. I've done software, finisher controller, and neat driver board. There was no change in any of it. Has anyone every ran into this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a inner finisher where the flag arm for the sensor was broken.

      Title :
      Neat Stack Unit not working.

When doing copies or print jobs, the Neat Stack Alignment Plates/Arms do not move on the Finisher-AK1 / Saddle Finisher-AK2.

      Solution :
There is a setting in SDS under Parameters > Neat Jogging mode that has to be set to 1.

      See pdf info doc. Link
