canon iR 2016J new setting

dear freinds, Plz teel me if there any way to login to"downlod mode" in canon
iR 2016 without use the service mode like iR 5000 & iR 2800 press the 2 & 8 and go on the machine .
my ERR is the machine not go rady and the key board not work too (the screen appear only blue line )
note: the machine a new setting .

Also..if it's a new machine or a print kit has been added reseat the SDRAM.

i all ready try to press additional function button and press with no 2 and 8 button but why got error download stanby display?
i try to reset this copier.

Flashing the machine to the latest system software resolved the unusual message.
Note: Printer Kit-J1 [0446B005AA] requires the new system software v60.02 be installed on the imageRUNNER.
