    ir2004N without counter display

    Good day guys,

I have a iR2004N problem started with main controller P.C.B the network port is not working.

Hence I have order a new main controller thru Canon and replaced it to this machine well everything is back working fine it can print/copy & scan. The only problem now when I press the counter check button on the panel to check the counter display was disappear.

Do you guys encounter this problem before ? Where do I set it back ?

How to enter service mode for this model ? I don't have the service manual to refer to. Thank you

I believe you get into service mode the usual way, if that doesn't work try hitting the 2 and 8 keys consecutively, not simultaneously. Did you have any secondary pcbs on the main controller or memory to swap over? Perhaps flashing the firmware may help.

First re-check your connections on pcb.
Did u re-input the Main Pcb settings from original spec sheet ?

        Press HOME Key
        then_Press RESET Key

not sure if this model has below
        Copier > Option > Counter
        or
Check settings under Copier > Option > User > CNT-DSP
