[Misc] Toner bottle not rotating

I have a canon advanced ir 8285 pro when making copies its not feeding to automatically but when I run install toner in service mode its rotating okey when normal makin copies toner in the developer unit ll fininsh but it wont feed I just replaced the toner hopperWhat could be the problem

Check on the toner sensor in the developing unit.Some times it may be coated with toner and hence not
giving the command to sunchronise the feeding of toner.Also check on the springed flag which keeps on moving round the sensor.
