    IR-C1022i firmware needed

Hello- can someone send / point me to a download for C1022i firmware?

I have an old C1022i at home that has worked great for 7 or so years, but it's now stuck at start up with a message:

"Network download available" (and then the IP address of the MFP)

It won't let me do anything- I can't get into service mode or get to the home screen. I believe this might be (at least temporarily) resolved by loading firmware, but I don't have access to it. (my dealership stopped selling / supporting Canon a few years ago)

    Thanks in advance!

    C1022 / C1022i / C1030 / C1030iF

There are two methods of getting the device into Download Mode.

    Method One:

Press down and hold the number 2 button on the operation panel, then turn on the Main Power switch of the device, while holding down the number 2 button.

Keep the number 2 button pressed down until the device boots up, and the following display appears:

    Network Download Available

    IP Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The IP Address line, will display the current IP Address configured on the device.

    Method Two:

    Press MAIN MENU button
    Press the number 2 button
    Press the number 8 button
    Press MAIN MENU button
    Select COPIER
    Press OK button
    Select FUNCTION
    Press OK button
    Select SYSTEM
    Press OK button
    Select DOWNLOAD MODE
    Press OK button

    note:
The device will go into a booting sequence, and after a few moments the device will display the following:

    Network Download Available

    IP Address: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

The IP Address line, will display the current IP Address configured on the device. That will be the IP Address that is to be used to flash the device from the computer.

I appreciate the instructions, but it's the actual firmware I need. I am hoping someone will extend a little professional courtesy and send me a link to it.

      Thanks!
