    [Error Code] E061-0003

Has anyone any experience fixing this error code on a iR-ADV C70xx?

K Drum life is at 357%
Checked the main charge and pre-charge units.
Checked the terminals at the rear of the machine.
    Replaced the HV PCB.

Last thing I tried was a used K drum unit from a loan machine which was also pretty worn, and that did work for a week or so but now the same error has returned.

The original service call a week or so ago was for partial/intermittent black prints, which then turned into completely black prints, then error code occurred.

    Any idea?

I do have a new drum I can try, but I'm told they should have no problem stretching up to 600%.

sounds like a drum grounding issue.
think back to the days of a monochrome HP Printer.

Its a Vd potential control error. Try replacing the primary charger. I would replace that black drum also if its count is that high...just asking for trouble. 600%?...yes...if you want garbage quality. That's an OPC drum...not ASI that lasts forever. It wont charge properly on long runs if it is weak.

        Thanks.

We have a bunch of them being replaced in a month or so we are just trying to keep them running without fitting too much.
But as normal they are fighting us all the way, I've probably had more problems in the last couple of months than we have had in the last 6 years. But they are old, worn and tired (like my knees).

[EDIT] K drum unit service fixed it.
