IR3300 Boot ROM's and system software

Hello all,

As it has been a while since I have worked on these machines can I check that I am right in thinking you can't flash 'N' version system software to a 'C' version bootrom.

Canon decided to deliver an ethernet board to me instead of a T2 finisher controler!!!

Canon decided to deliver an ethernet board to me instead of a T2 finisher controler!!!

Canon print kits for iR2200/3300 seires comprise the Nic,print controller and an 'N' bootrom.
You can't flash a C rom to an N rom...soz.

cant go the other way either. bootroms are fixed.
